PayU Wallet Balance Transfer

You have requested I send you my banking details. Is this secure?

Yes, your details are secure and will not be shared.

Will you send me proof of payment?

Yes, we will send you an email once we have made payment into the account designated by you.

What if I want the funds returned to my card and not my account?

The funds will only be paid to a cheque or savings account.

How long will it take to receive my funds?

Once you have received notification from us that the funds were transferred into the account, it can take up to 7 working days to reflect.

What if I gave you the wrong banking details?

Once the funds are processed, there will be no way to refund the payment. Please ensure the banking details you are providing are correct.

Can I transfer the funds to someone other than myself.

PayU will return the funds to account details specified by you.
